Viola Nasrallah

Viola Nasrallah is an experienced Property Lawyer in Colin Daley Quinn's busy Property and Conveyancing team.  After discovering a passion for property law, Viola has worked exclusively in this field for a number of years, acting for both individuals and corporations on a range of property matters such as contracts for the sale and purchase of residential and commercial property (including first home and non-first home purchasers), retail leases, commercial leases, mortgages, licenses, easements, deeds, and transfers.

Viola is a valued member of the CDQ team who brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills to the firm including her ability to speak fluently in Arabic, an exceptionally high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

It is her focus on the detail, combined with her energy and enthusiasm for the role, that enables Viola to meet the tight deadlines required in property transactions on behalf of clients. She is also highly proficient with the PEXA system, allowing her to assist in registering and removing different types of property dealings on title, such as leases, caveats, mortgages and easements.

Most importantly, Viola takes pride in identifying and minimising potential issues and any unpleasant surprises that might arise in transactions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, Viola was admitted as a solicitor in the NSW Supreme Court in July 2019, as well as the High Court of Australia in April 2020.  She enjoys being active in the legal profession and is a member of the NSW Law Society and the local St George Sutherland Law Society. Outside of work, Viola is a well-respected and active member of the Coptic Orthodox community.
